Home Equity Lines of Credit:
If your primary residence is located in Southern Maryland, County First Bank may be able to help you choose the most effective way to put the equity you’ve earned on your home to use for your particular needs.
Our Home Equity Lines of Credit allow you the convenience of having funds available when you want or need them the most. You decide when to borrow, and may access your Line of Credit by simply writing a check.
We offer terms of up to 15 years with loan amounts of up to 80% combined Loan to Value, all at competitive interest rates.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION LOANS:
If you have decided that building your own home is the only way to go, County First Bank is here to help. If you are located in Southern Maryland, we may be able to provide you with financing to construct that home you have always dreamed of.
We offer terms of up to 12 months, low floating rates and allow you to pay monthly interest only payments based on the outstanding principal balance.

Permanent financing not offered by County First Bank. Borrower will need to obtain final mortgage from another source.
UNSECURED PERSONAL LOANS:
County First Bank offers personal unsecured loans. Use the money for any expenses, bill consolidation, major appliance purchases, furniture, vacations, or for any other worthwhile purpose. Loans for as little at $2,500 are available to qualified applicants.
SECURED PERSONAL LOANS:
County First Bank offers secured personal loans with terms up to 5 years and competitive rates. We offer the following loans:
OVERDRAFT PROTECTION:
Eliminate the worry and cost of having return check fees or the potential embarrassment of an accidental overdraft with an overdraft line of credit. Get automatic coverage, up to your available credit line, whenever you write a check or make a withdrawal for more than your checking account balance.
