INTEREST ON LAWYER TRUST ACCOUNT (IOLTA)
County First Bank participates in the Interest on Lawyer Trust Account Program. Earnings on short term and small attorney trust accounts, under state law, are directly remitted to the Maryland Legal Services Corporation. Compliance determination and enrollment is available at the Bank.
MARYLAND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST ACCOUNT (MAHT)
County First Bank participates in the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Program. MAHT is a charitable public corporation designed to provide flexible and creative financing tools to develop housing intended for households with income less than 50% of median. MAHT is funded by a portion of the interest earned on trust accounts of Title Insurers, their Agents and Attorneys. Compliance determination and enrollment is available at the Bank.
