MARYLAND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST ACCOUNT (MAHT)
County First Bank participates in the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Program. MAHT is a charitable public corporation designed to provide flexible and creative financing tools to develop housing intended for households with income less than 50% of median. MAHT is funded by a portion of the interest earned on trust accounts of Title Insurers, their Agents and Attorneys. Compliance determination and enrollment is available at the Bank.
